  Wanted to give a zero; however it doesn't exit. I was a patient for 10 years, but after continous lack of organization, a change in ownership (because a doctor left), no reminder appt calls, doctor losing my paperwork, and rude receptionist, it was time to find a new doctor. I requested my medical records and was told to sign a release. Upon arrival, I walk in to the doctor and receptionist speaking about me. Very unprofessional and rude. Both are old and very forgetful. This practice will stress you out and take your money. DO NOT go here!
